WHY THE LAW OFFICE OF DAILEY & PRATT
What Makes Us Unique
Above and Beyond Advocacy
We provide honest and clear assessments of the law and will discuss how it applies to your case. Our experience within our local community and state court system allows us to provide options, advice, and recommendations to protect your interests efficiently and effectively.
Our attorneys bring a depth of knowledge in the law, the process, and the people who can help achieve the best possible outcomes. Details matter, and our advocacy and work product reflects our dedication to our clients.
A Tailored Experience
While all cases must pass through the legal process, not all have to go through the same way. Your interests may be best served by alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, litigation, or other problem-solving tools. You may work well with some experts but clash with others. It is our job to provide options that make sense for you.
A Solution Oriented Approach
Clients come to us not with legal cases but, instead, with questions that need answers and problems that need solutions. We recognize the human element and relationships at the core of the work that we do and strive to advocate for your and our family’s interests by working side-by-side to solve problems together.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"Your firm did exceed my expectations and your staff’s extremely responsive service was something I’d never experienced before dealing with attorneys in other fields. Obviously divorce is one of the top stressors in life. I have talked to friends who said their divorce attorneys were as much of the problem as their ex-spouse. Not so in the case of your office and staff who made it infinitely more bearable."
