Joel is a Colorado native who is passionate about serving his local and state community. Joel brings a variety of experiences to his practice at the law office of Dailey & Pratt, from a clerkship with the University of Michigan General Counsel’s Office, to complex financial and litigation work with large law firms in Denver.

Carrie Thomas
SENIOR PARALEGAL
Over the 17 years she has been a paralegal in the Colorado Springs community, Carrie has worked exclusively in the family law arena. She enjoys assisting people at a pivotal turning point in their lives, and she appreciates being part of a team that is instrumental in working alongside clients to achieve a positive outcome.
Carrie was in the marketing and advertising industry for over a decade before making the shift to the legal field. Her undergraduate work was completed at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois; she worked on her Master’s Degree at the University of Northern Colorado; and received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Pikes Peak Community College.
Lindsey Davidson
PARALEGAL
Lindsey brings her experience in community corrections and judicial assistance to the Dailey & Pratt team. She enjoys collaborating with others to work toward a common goal.
Lindsey completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Forensic Studies and a minor in Sociology. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Lovie Fairbanks
PARALEGAL
Lovie brings valuable experience in personal injury law, the childcare industry, and working with families to our team. She enjoys using her arsenal of service-oriented skills to help people navigate challenges.
Lovie completed her Associate's Degree in Political Science at Pikes Peak Community College and will soon attain her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Philosophy with a pre-law minor at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
