HOW TO BE "SUCCESSFUL" IN YOUR LEGAL CASES
Joel's Problem Solving Mindset
Each Case is Unique
Each case is as different as the family member he represents, and as a result, his approach to resolving cases is customized to the client.
Confident Advocacy is Key
While parties can keep control of their own solutions by resolving matters outside of the courtroom, Joel recognizes that when settlement does not or cannot happen on reasonable terms, or when appellate advocacy is needed, parties need a confident and skilled advocate.
Strong Values in and out of the Courtroom
Joel’s approach is compassionate, direct, and detail-oriented, and he is prepared to resolve his clients’ cases and protect his clients’ interests in the most efficient way possible.
Understand and Work the Process
Joel recognizes that, sometimes, the resolution of contested issues by the trial court needs to be challenged on appeal. He has the experience to give honest, helpful advice and guidance through the process that’s best for you.
The added “win” of achieving these goals is to minimize the financial and emotional cost of the process.
Joel understands that your interaction with the legal system may be confusing and stressful. He seeks to provide high-quality services that guide you through a difficult time in your life while tailoring the process to your and your family’s needs.
